We have the same mission and drive, just with a few tweaks and a bit more polish. We still want your profiles to give you exposure. We love to see you getting work because of our platform. None of that has changed. It is just going to be easier than ever to make all these things into a reality! Bear in mind, too, that while this list showcases the work of Free The Work directors, our site also is a one-stop-shop for discovering writers, editors, colorists, composers, and DOPs. A commitment to freeing the work doesn’t just stop at hiring a woman director—enrich your crews with underrepresented creators across production roles!
