In a conversation with cinematographers Quyen Tran, Ava Benjamin Shorr, and Bruce Francis Cole and FTW Executive Director Emma Reeves, the team explores the questions: How useful are networking orgs for underrepresented creators in the media? What other tools can people in power use to effectively boost the hiring of underrepresented creators?
